How do you get started?

After you select a package, you will be required to fill out a questionnaire providing me with some information on your specific physique/health goals and  provide photos: Two sides, front and back. This is required only for the Competitors, but is recommended for the FranFit Package as well. (The photos provide me with a better idea of where you are at currently, and are great measures for your progress). After I review your specific goals, your program will be sent via email to you.

Consultations will be available via email , throughout the duration of the program for the FranFit and the Competitor Clients. Your progress monitoring and feedback is very important to your success, so it's critical that you get your stats back to me when required. YOUR comittment is the KEY!! Your Secure OnLine Payments can be made through trusted Pay Pal.

12 Week Clean Up Package

Great for beginners and those who need to reset their eating habits.This program is targeted to busy individuals who don't necessarily have the time in their day to make healthy/clean meals. Most of the meals are meant to be prepared ahead of time in bulk and stored in individual containers. My philosophy is , the easier you make it for yourself, the easier it is to follow and stay on track. Planning ahead is crucial for success. It's what I do, and it really works!!

Contest Prep Competitor Package

This package is for Competitors, (Bikini/Fitness Model/Figure). I will assess where you are currently, and develop an individual plan for you to be your best on stage. These plans should begin no less than 3months prior to Contest! Regular progress monitoring and adjustments to your training and nutrition/supplemetation will be done as required.
